The force is strong with this one

In an effort to hold off paying full price for Psychonauts, I paid full price for Lego Star Wars. :/ But it is totally worth it. The game is lots of fun and very cute. It's basically a fairly easy platformer which recreates Episodes 1, 2, & 3 in Lego.

You start playing as Qui-Gon and Obi-Won. Then I got Darth Maul but he played about the same. Eventually I got Mace Windu and I commented to my wife that I thought he was somewhat more powerful than the others. Then I got Yoda. :D

There's lots of other characters you can play with and I haven't gotten them all yet. They are all cute. Jar Jar jumps the highest so you need him to complete some puzzles. Clever. Jango Fett's got the Chow Yun Fat double pistol action going on. And he can target two enemies at once which is nice. And you can play as the Gonk droid. :)

More poi

I hooked up my and my wife's keychain lights to the poi and swung 'em around in the dark last night. It looked pretty cool I think. Today I'll pick up two new light just for the poi so I don't wear down the batteries on our keychain ones. Maybe I get the wife to take a picture or two.
